Please be advised that the CHA has adopted a new procedure for maintenance work orders received after hours.

As of November 8, 2021, all residents experiencing situations in their units which require staff to respond should call the MAIN PHONE NUMBER of the CHA – 978-369-8435. Your call will be answered by an answering service and directed to appropriate staff.

Issues that should be reported after hours
  • No heat/hot water
  • Leaking in kitchen or bathrooms
  • An emergency that is a direct and immediate threat to the health and/or safety of the resident
  • Lock Outs

It is vitally important when you require service to your unit that it be reported immediately so that the problem doesn’t worsen.
