Maintenance Work Orders
Please be advised that the CHA has adopted a new procedure for maintenance work orders received after hours.
Issues that should be reported after hours
- No heat/hot water
- Leaking in kitchen or bathrooms
- An emergency that is a direct and immediate threat to the health and/or safety of the resident
- Lock Outs
It is vitally important when you require service to your unit that it be reported immediately so that the problem doesn’t worsen.
